Windows MTR missing output

There are some cases where test failures are missing from the Windows output https://buildbot.mariadb.org/#/builders/234/builds/9404.

In order to test out if there is a buildbot issue, redirect the output of MTR to a file and transfer that file to see if buildbot is missing content.
