Add a PHP builder

    Description

      A new PHP builder needs to be set up that runs PHP tests against the MariaDB server. The testing pipeline (except the buildbot part) is already setup by danblack, but the buildbot part is missing.

              1. Run the PHP tests created by Daniel against a built MariaDB server. Fixed some paths and found out some missing packages in this step.
              2. Create the PHP build - setup the worker, create the factory, the builder and trigger the new build
              3. Monitor to see everything works as expected
