Enable the Valgrind builder

    Description

      The valgrind builder is turned off because it produces a lot of log that makes the whole buildbot interface unresponsive. Monty suggested some suppression options that may solve the problem. Turn on the builder with the suppression options.

              Turn on the builder and monitor for problems. Till now (around 4-5 days since it's been turned one) everything looks fine.
