    Description

      The Debian 9, 10; SLES 12, 15; OpenSUSE 15, 42; CentOS 8; Ubuntu 16.04 have missing deps that cause the package creation to fail.

              Added the missing deps for all the builders and monitored to see that everything is working properly. The most challenging ones were the SLES 12 and 15 for which there were various repository problems.
