Configure Buildbot Schedulers for Connectors

Schedulers are responsible for tracking the upstream changes
that are registered to Buildbot on the GitHub WebHook URL.

Their main goal is to start firing Buildbot builds when certain criteria for a change e.g. repository and branch, are met.

The goal of this task is to define the schedulers for all the connectors,
and for which branches they should take an action.
