Change generate_file_list.py script to also use mirror for checksum generation

Most of the times there is a delay of a few hours (up to 1 day) until all releases end up on archive even though they might be already present on the mirrors.

It would be useful to have an alternative way of generating the checksum for each release based on the mirror provided files.
