Binary resultset parsing performance improvement

    Description

      Performance parsing binary resultset is slow compared to text resultset.
      This is due to node.js Buffer.subarray that is very slow (issue).

      current performance selecting 1000 rows of int + varchar 32:

      • text : 3530 operations per second
      • binary : 2352 operations per second.
