implement Windows named pipe support in JDBC

    Description

      As measured in benchmark (http://blog.mariadb.org/on-performance-of-jdbc-drivers/), named pipe has significantly smaller overhead /faster performance than TCP connection. Would be nice to have it impemented in the connector.
