    Description

      DatabaseMetaData TypeInfo Improvements:

      • adding missing BOOLEAN data types to their own separate entries (only BOOL alias was existing)
      • Enhanced type descriptions for TEXT, CHAR, ENUM and other character-based types to include CHARACTER SET and COLLATE clauses
      • Standardized type mappings (e.g., mapping MEDIUMBLOB instead of LONG VARBINARY)
      • Corrected SQL type codes and numeric parameters
