Description
The important part is to call SSL_set_tlsext_host_name() with the server hostname.
Optionally, OPT_TLS_SNI_SERVERNAME, as in MySQL 9.4, but I don't see anyone using it, really.
Open question — if SNI is user configurable, what host name should be in the certificate? I think SNI.
Ideally, should be in OpenSSL, GnutLS, SChannel builds in C/C
