 Description

Hello,
I would like to pack connector ODBC to the Fedora, but I'm stuck at following issue.
https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1397869

In Fedora, I can build packages only with dynamic libraries.
However, I'm unable to pack the CONC/ODBC with latest stable CONC/C, beacuse it seems not exporting enough symbols.

There is another tracker, a review of the package, which can also be helpful:
https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1381548

Can you look into that please?

I think problem of "not exporting enough symbols" has been solved in 3.0 version. Also there I was gonna add dynamic C/C linking option.
The problem is that it is not GA yet, and we did not plan to solve the issue in 2.0 series.

I'll test the current available 3.0 alpha then.

[EDIT]
I tested it, but I wasn't able to solve all compile time errors through the way.
I would likely to come back to it once a new, more stable, release will be released.

Closing it as the bug it duplicates has been closed now. c/c 3.0 can be dynamically linked against c/odbc 3.0 now.
