currently connector ODBC for ARM is not possible.

tried to build: https://mdbe-ci-repo.mariadb.net/ConnectorODBC/master2/bintar/
all are ok except SLES15 (failed because builder failed to install MariaDB server on SLES15 aarch64 machine)

arm c/odbc builders are there since some time already, so it's possible already.
