 Description   

While it is supported by Connector/C. This is supported only with OpenSSL, and thus not available on Windows.
Besides, connector setup lib on Windows doesn't have field corresponding to SSLCRL connection string parameter, supported for quite some time

The fix has been pushed in the commit b791dd9
The name of the option TLSKEYPWD.
Added to the Windows setup dialog the field for SSLCRL optin. Server public key field has been moved to other tab(with other connection related option)
