 Description   

it should be possible to use branches in maxscale-system-test repo and execute tests from any branch
it makes easier to develop new tests and debug old ones without interfering current test execution

There are now three branches: master, 2.0 and 1.4.4

The 1.4.4 branch should be renamed to 1.4
