negative cases are wrong: expected Maxscale behaviour is "Session creation will fail"

Negative cases in the document are "wrong rule" cases. Expected behavior now is "session creation error" and "warnings in error log".

Please clarify
(1) What is expected behavior when the rule is loaded - update column J of the spreadsheet
(2) What is expected behavior when a query arrives to MaxScale for the service that has this rule - update column K of the spreadsheet.

expected behavior in case of any syntax error in rules file is session creation error and explanation in error log

test case for rules file with syntax error added
