When the configuration is reloaded, MaxScale needs to detect the changes made in the configuration. This way only changed parts of the configuration are processed and the modules which weren't affected by the changes are not disturbed. |

This was created for 1.4. Either this is not relevant at the moment or there are now other tasks that covers this, so closing this as obsolete. |
