Steps to reproduce:

1. Execute the following statements:

   SET SESSION interactive_timeout = 5;

   SET SESSION wait_timeout = 5;

2. Wait for 5 seconds
3. Click the "Refresh" schema button
4. A dialog will show up for reconnecting the connection due to the "Server has gone away" error
5. Click "Reconnect"

Expect result:
After reconnecting successfully, the schema explorer should not be disabled

Actual:
The schema explorer is disabled until pressing f5
