 Description   

Steps to reproduce:

  1. On the dashboard page, click the "+ Create New" button
  2. The `authenticator` parameter is not modifiable and has no default value.

Unmodifiable parameters should be disabled.

Actually, it's not a bug. When creating a new object, the `modifiable` value of a parameter is not matter.
