 Description   

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Open the dashboard page
  2. Stop MaxScale
  3. Add a new cluster. i.e. monitor, servers to maxscale configuration file
  4. Start MaxScale

Expected:
The GUI shows the logout page, after logging in, it should show the new cluster
Actual:
The GUI doesn't show the new cluster
