 Description   

If for example Replication to a server use a different Ethernet and IP than
Maxscale and Application,

Adding a monitor addresses to seperate it from application addresses

for example:

[MyServer1]
address=<query routing address>
monitor_address=<monitor and replication address>

If monitor_address is not set, address will be used as usual.
