At MariaDB Monitor: sudoers.d configuration, the following line:

REBUILD_USER ALL= NOPASSWD: /bin/chown -R mysql\:mysql /var/lib/mysql/*

Should be replaced with:

REBUILD_USER ALL= NOPASSWD: /bin/chown -R mysql\:mysql /var/lib/mysql
