 Description   

expire_log_duration does not seem to work,
Value set to 72h and showing as 259200000 (72h in milliseconds).
Existing Logs are more than expire_log_minimum_files,
still binary logs are not purged.

The issue cannot be re-produced in normal operation.
However, if log files are manually deleted the file purge breaks.
