Is it known/intentional that there are no MaxScale packages for RHEL6 on ppc64 (POWER8)?

tturenko, johan.wikman Please make sure that MaxScale pacakges for RHEL6 on ppc64 are built.

the problem was -DBUILD_TESTS=Y (it is broken in 1.2.1)

1.2.1 repository is updated - rhel6-pp64 added
