duplicates MXS-3827 Audit log for the REST API Closed

 Description   

Any actions on MaxScale GUI is not logged in maxscale.log even with log_info = true.
For auditing purposes, it would be good to have a separate log file for MaxScale GUI.

The 23.02 release will have REST-API auditing which will cover all requests done by the GUI. Please check if MXS-3827 fulfills this need.
