 Description   

I constantly getting this error message in skygw_err1.log:

"Galera Service: Refresh rate limit exceeded for load of users' table."

Whats the problem?

It seems these errors are related to: https://mariadb.atlassian.net/browse/MXS-46
The timestamps in the logs are the same as in skygw_msg1.log.
