 Description

Hi,
I use letsencrypt to yield certificates for my Maxscale GUI, but the issue is that those certificates are valid only for ninety days.
Since there is no way to restart the GUI without disrupting the current sql connections, the https certificates provided are not refreshed, and eventually became expired.

Proposals :

  • be able to restart the GUI without restarting the running services
  • or reload periodically the certificates (when serving the login page for instance)

Thank you

This can be done in 22.08 using maxctrl reload tls.
