Add an indicator to the GUI dashboard that displays which MaxScale node is currently in control when Cooperative Monitoring is enabled.

Our current GUI only displays data for one MaxScale node. So this is technically not possible at the moment.
Unless you actually want to have an indicator to the monitor when it has cooperative monitoring enabled and shows an indicator to tell whether it's primary or secondary.
