Many times (When JDBC or nodejs connectors are not used, or a vendor product is in use) a customer will have multiple maxscale instances and require a single VIP for high availability. Since we no longer support keepalived or corsync, we should provide the ability to manage and failover a virtual IP in maxscale. |
