Which authentication plugin does the connector use? MaxScale does not support the default MySQL 8.0 authentication. For the sake of clarification, this is not the MariaDB support portal for MaxScale: the Jira is the open bug database for all MariaDB products. This doesn't seem to be a bug report. Please open a new issue with a description of the actual problem. Also make sure that it still happens with the latest 2.5 release, we've made some fixes that should help solve some problems with certain connectors. |
