 Description   

Update service relationships with this endpoint: /services/:name/relationships/:type
causes all filters of that service being deleted.
e.g. Sending a patch request to this endpoint: /services/RCR-Router/relationships/servers to unlink or link a server from RCR-Router, filters of that service is also unlinked.
