Add the ability to share a distributed cache among MaxScale servers.

Offer a choice of cache backends:

Local (not distributed)
Memcache (distributed)
Hazelcast (distributed)
Redis (distributed)
Ehcache (distributed)

It must also be possible to do Invalidation and clearing asynchronously as is seems that with redis invalidation can be supported.
