 Description   

Until 2.2 if a node was set in 'maintenance' mode, the status was kept even if the node was shutdown and then restarted.
Starting from 2.3 the status is lost and as soon as the node is started it will join back the cluster, which can be a problem.
It would be better to manually take the node out of maintenance mode.
