 Description

Nice feature would be MaxScale to detect that a huge part of the traffic is directed to the master and to drop an warnings in the log ?

Like configurable warning level of the master/slaves percentage of the all traffic at the readwritesplit router configuration

There will be a nice feature too if the plug status output will list that percentage, something like

MaxScale> SHOW SERVICES
..
...
Service: Split Service
Router: readwritesplit (0x7f7fd8f05460)
Number of router sessions: 0
Current no. of router sessions: X
Number of queries forwarded: Y
Number of queries forwarded to master: 34000
Number of queries forwarded to slave: 300
Number of queries forwarded to all: 34300
MASTER/SLAVES RATE status: warning 99.1254 %

or something like , useful for the monitoring

Added percentage of queries routed to master compared to slave.

Removed fix-version. Will not be in 2.0.0 and it needs to be decided if and when it should be included in a particular release.
