 Description   

Benchmark MaxScale 2.2 using the same setup as in MXS-1217 so that the results are comparable.

Use the latest commit of the 2.2 branch.

Results attached. Numbers for read-only look very similar to MaxScale 2.2.0. But for rwsplit the new version is significantly faster, especially with few threads.
