Add support for MDEV-9059. This requires the expansion of the capability flags that it describes as well as implementing detection of this into MaxScale. The second packet must not be buffered by MaxScale and it needs to be detected and sent when found. Pipelining of queries cannot be done when authentication plugins require communication through the TCP connection (e.g. GSSAPI). |

I think MDEB-9059 isn't going anywhere and the implementation for it wasn't added in later releases. We should consider closing this issue. |

This isn't implemented in the server and this hasn't change since 2018. No point in keeping this task open before it's properly implemented or at least planned for in the server. |
