 Description   

currently local VMs are create by home-made buggy scripts.
Vagrant + Chef setup is created by FRUCT team.

This task is

  • create convenient UI in Jenkins to run Vagrant and create complex backends with Vagrant "by one button"
  • create script to configure test application to use this new setup
  • adopt test application to use this setup (e.g replace ssh to vargant-ssh commands)
