 Description   

I am really missing the command history (arrow up/down) in maxadmin as we have it in mysql, mysqlsh or bash)

This would appear to be a regression of MXS-284.

I just found that I installed a maxscale for an old Ubuntu (14.04) instead of new 16.04. Just consider this when you cannot reproduce the problem. If so I will try again with newer version.

confirmed with Xenial and Maxscale 2.1.16 and latest 2.2 build.
trying to add libedity-dev iunstallation to build process

fix works at least for Xenial, starting build_all to check if it breaks any build
