I just found that I installed a maxscale for an old Ubuntu (14.04) instead of new 16.04. Just consider this when you cannot reproduce the problem. If so I will try again with newer version. ./bin/maxscale --version-full cat /etc/os-release |

fix works at least for Xenial, starting build_all to check if it breaks any build |
