There are two requirements from this section to be implemented for this task
(1) making master-id mandatory router-option for binlog server service
(2) adding a new mandatory router option of "master-uu-id" for binlog server service

server-id is the only mandatory router option

master-id and master_uuid are options: if not set the master values are used when reporting binlog router identity to the salve
