DATA DIRECTORY and INDEX DIRECTORY on ARIA Engine on Windows doesnt work or ignored when running CREATE TABLE. Table and Index are created in standard database directory. Documentation states that it should work. When running CREATE TABLE on MyISAM , reports that will be ignored. This feature is very handy when dealing with disk full states and seems not a great issue to implement |

Could you please point at the documentation where you found this distinction between MyISAM and Aria? |
