Ran several sets of optimizer tests with ExecuteAsView enabled on f072d1672a067da09e7a5dc18d2c227992f0d672 .
There are a few known bugs which affect the tests (crashes and wrong results), but nothing that would be related to this change so far.
Valgrind tests are queued.

The development task is still in review, tests might need to be repeated if there are any significant changes after the review.
