http://mariadb.org/jira is a good URL, it redirects to our current JIRA instance https://jira.mariadb.org . Please let us know if redirection does not work for you. |

The URL redirect does not work with my privacy extensions for Firefox, but curl is showing a 301. The lack of a redirect is an issue on my end due to the extensions. I guess it just seems odd not to use the new https URL instead of an old http URL. To some degree, it is a personal preference. |

It is not in fact an old http URL, it has always been an alias. Earlier it pointed at our old JIRA instance mariadb.atlassian.net, now it points at the new one. |

Thanks for the context. I am not sure if the redirect worked before. Today, I clicked the link from the README and got a notice the JIRA instance being disabled and moved. Seeing this is an issue on my end, feel free to close this ticket. |
