Tested on Percona XtraDB Cluster node -> MariaDB 10.1.12 (Galera)



 Description   

How to repeat:
1. Enable encryption with the encrypt-binlogs=1
2. Add log_slave_updates and binlog_format=ROW
3. Setup replication with change master to: (not GTID)
= MariaDB crashes

Please attach complete configuration files from master and slave, specify the version of Percona master, and paste or attach the error log of the crashing server from startup and till the end of the stack trace.
