 Description   

Hello I am running MariaDB on a windows server and was interested in encrypting tablespace using file_management_key plugin. But I am not able to install this plugin.
Getting below error in log. 

2016-01-16 14:27:14 3740 [ERROR] mysqld.exe: file-key-management-filename is not set
 
2016-01-16 14:27:14 3740 [ERROR] Plugin 'file_key_management' init function returned error. 
2016-01-16 14:27:14 3740 [ERROR] Plugin 'file_key_management' registration as a ENCRYPTION failed.

Can you help me please

You have already found a relevant bug MDEV-8262. And you have even added a comment there. If you read that comment of yours you will see that the file_key_management plugin complains "file-key-management-filename is not set".
And if you read the rest of the bug report you have commented on (MDEV-8262) you will know how to fix this.
