 Description   

I understand some maintenance was done 6Jun 01:00- 05:00 CST on the ubuntu keyserver, is that complete?

Unable to obtain key from the following command.

sudo apt-key adv --recv-keys --keyserver keyserver.ubuntu.com 0xcbcb082a1bb943db

returns

*gpg: requesting key 1BB943DB from hkp server keyserver.ubuntu.com
gpg: keyserver timed out
gpg: keyserver receive failed: keyserver error
*

Works for me.
Anyway, it's not like we have anything to do with the Ubuntu server, if it misbehaves, it should be reported to Ubuntu.

I thank you for your persistence, as I was away.

Curious, it still fails fir me. I have never had such a request fail
before. But as you point out it works for you, and is either a problem on
my end, or Ubunty=us.
