Sprint: 10.1.11

 Description

The mariadb.org Debian packages missing the mroonga storage engine.

This is especially sad because the Debian jessie mariadb-server-10.0 package provides the mroonga storage engine. Switching from the Debian mariadb-server-10.0 package to the mariadb.org Debian package results in a lost of functionality.

Thanks for the report.

10.0 actually has it:

$ dpkg -c mariadb-server-10.0_10.0.23+maria-1~jessie_amd64.deb  | grep mroonga
-rw-r--r-- root/root   3448120 2015-12-16 20:36 ./usr/lib/mysql/plugin/ha_mroonga.so

10.1 indeed does not. It builds, it links, but it doesn't go to the final package.
I assume the reason is as usual, it's missing on the debian file list
