 Description   

add dedicated tests for binlog encryption (instead of manually tweaking combinations file to run rpl suite with encryption enabled)

Review results:

  • move adapted tests into extra/ as include files, source them in original suites and in the new suite;
  • when something in the adapted tests needs to be changed or skipped, make it conditional and set the condition in binlog_encryption tests;
  • replace grep_binlog.inc with search_pattern_in_file.inc
