 Description   

While Implementing Dynamic columns I discovered that the documentation here: https://mariadb.com/kb/en/mariadb/dynamic-columns/ seems to be wrong on some key and there are some unusual inconsistencies.

See also MDEV-597 and handle them together; if not identical, they certainly have a big intersection, but please make sure that all points from both reports have been taken care of.
