 Description   

MDEV-6513 deprecated engine_condition_pushdown in optimizer_switch.
It now produces a warning when it's changed at runtime, but not at server startup.

Please also check variables deprecated in MDEV-6999 – same story, no warning on server startup. MySQL does not produce one either, so I'm not sure if it's intended.
