 Description   

When a replication client initializes in GTID mode the binlog_dump message in the error log is unclear:
150515 16:51:15 [Note] Start binlog_dump to slave_server(7), pos(, 4)

It would make sense here to add the GTID and/or position here.

I'm not sure whether it's technically possible (for a reasonable cost), passing over to knielsen for consideration.
