 Description   

jplindst suggested in MDEV-7084 (comment 65713) that a ANALYZE TABLE should do a full table scan in a non-GA release.

sanja is this being implemented at the same time as MDEV-7901 ?

With MDEV-7901 done there shouldn't be a major impact in doing this.
